RSIR Clients Reap Returns As Seattle Home Price Growth Leads All Cities But Phoenix

Another win for Seattle in the latest national market trends! For a continuous four months, Seattle has beat every major city (except Phoenix) for year-over-year home price growth. Interestingly enough, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) brokers closed more residential sales monthly in July than in any month in the firm’s history. The Last Lecture

The highly emotional read, The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch, is a book I read years ago and have tucked into my bookshelves. Recently, I was looking for something inspirational to read, and a contrast to everything going on all around us. I highly recommend giving this a read if you haven't already. You'll fly through it, as it is written with intelligence and humor. It is the story of Randy Pausch, who was a computer science professor at Carnegie Mellon. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and gave this lecture as a lesson on living and not giving up on your dreams. Enjoy!
